Accessing zendmd to change iface speed on Zenoss 5

Trying to set the speed of several interfaces.  They are 1 GB but are modeled at 10 mb.  Remodel doesn't help.

I can't figure out how to run this script  in Zenoss 5

I've ran it before in 4.2.6, but I don't know how to get to zendmd in Zen 5.  I can log into my zenoss box as root.

Any help out there?
